Ann Winter, OTD, OTR/L

Clinical Pilates Instructor

Ann received her Clinical Doctorate degree from Temple
University. She has worked in the field of occupational therapy
since 1999. During her career, Ann has worked with children,

high school students, adults, and geriatric clients with various diagnoses,
injuries, and chronic conditions. Ann is certified in Sensory
Integration, and specializes in disorders involving the vestibular,
proprioceptive, and tactile systems.

Therapeutic Pilates has become a passion for Ann, as she has
seen the extraordinary benefits that it provides to her clients.
Since becoming certified in Pilates, she has furthered her
education by taking extensive coursework to earn certification in
Pilates for Neurological Conditions. Pilates is a method to
enhance rehabilitation and recommended by PT’s and doctors
due to its therapeutic nature.
